Backlinks are like interconnected roads passing traffic

A backlink is a link on another website that goes back to your own site.

In the calculation of both domain autourity by Moz and domain score by Ubersuggest, backlinks play an important role, and this is how Google views them as well, in Google's ever-changing algorithms.

In our other blog talking about creating a marketing funnel, we've discussed demand generation, which is an important and pioneering part of your marketing strategy.

Backlinks are usually generated by creating amazing content, and building synergy with other websites or companies so either 1. your content will be discovered and shared organically, or 2. other companies are willing to use your content for their marketing but also giving you a backlink. There are benefits in both.
